Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Mango

  • 2 Whole Passion Fruits

  • 3 - 4 Thai Sweet Basil Leaves

  • 2 tsp. Agave Nectar

  • 8 Ounces Oat Milk

  • 2-3 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Wash the passion fruit thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris from the skin.

  • Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the passion fruit in half lengthwise.

  • Hold one half of the passion fruit over a bowl or container, cut side facing down.

  • Take a spoon and gently scoop out the pulp and seeds from the inside of the fruit, scraping along the inner surface of the skin.

  • Wash the mango thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris from the skin.

  • Hold the mango upright on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice off both sides of the mango, avoiding the large, flat seed in the center.

  • Use whole mango, peel or cut off the mango skin and dice the flesh into cubes.

  • Add 3-4 Thai Sweet Basil Leaves. 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender, add 8 ounces of oat milk and ice cubes.

     

  • Mix, blend and enjoy.!
