Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 tbsp. Cia Seeds

  • 2 tbsp. Almonds

  • 4 tbsp. Oats

  • 1 Date

  • 8-12 ounces Coconut Milk Beverage

Directions

  • Peel the banana and pit the date.

  • In a blender, combine the peeled banana, pitted date, chia seeds, almonds, oats, and coconut milk beverage, ensuring it's the non-creamy variety.

  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add more oats. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a bit more coconut milk.

  • Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

  • Optionally, you can garnish your smoothie with a sprinkle of chia seeds or sliced almonds for an extra touch of texture and visual appeal.
