  • 8–10-ounces Coconut Milk Beverage, ensuring it's the non-creamy variety

  • 1 cup Ripe Frozen Banana

  • handful of spinach

  • 1 Date (Meldouji)

  • 10 pieces of Cashews

  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp. freshly grated ginger

  • 1-3 drops of extracted vanilla

  • 2-4 Ice Cubes for more thickness

  • In a blender, combine the coconut milk, fresh spinach, cashews, frozen ripe bananas, pitted date, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
