Make sure to use 100% orange juice or freshly pressed orange juice, which you can find at any grocery stores. Create a health-boosting smoothie with simple ingredients: 100% orange juice or freshly pressed orange juice, turmeric, carrots, honey, and a dash of cayenne pepper. Blend them together for a refreshing drink that's packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Enjoy this delicious and nutritious smoothie to stay energized and support your immune system.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces 100% Orange Juice or freshly pressed Orange Juice, as an alternative use 1 whole Naval Orange, remove the white pith

  • 1/2 cups Carrots (I use Organic)

  • 1-2 tsp. Raw Honey

  • 1/4 tsp. of fresh Turmeric

  • A pinch or 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

  • Ice Cubes

Directions

  • Gather all your ingredients: 100% orange juice or freshly pressed orange or to make it simple use 1 Naval Orange, remove the white flesh, turmeric, carrots, honey, cayenne pepper, and ice cubes

  • In a blender, combine 8 ounces of orange juice, a pinch of turmeric, chopped carrots, a teaspoon of honey, and a dash of cayenne pepper.

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth

  • Once the mixture is smooth, take a moment to taste the smoothie. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired or adjust the level of spiciness by adding a bit more cayenne pepper to suit your taste preferences.

     

  • Once you've adjusted the flavor to your liking, add a handful of ice cubes into the blender.

     

  • Blend again until the ice cubes are fully incorporated, giving your smoothie a fresh chill.
