  • 3-4 tbsp. Roasted Sesame Oil to fry

  • 2-3 cups Choy Sum

  • 1 red Bell Pepper

  • 1 small Onion

  • 1 cup Thai Sweet Basil

  • 1 tsp. chopped Lime Leaves, you can get them fresh or dried at any Asian store

  • 6 Garlic Cloves with 1-2 Thai bird's eye chili crushed, only take 1 Thai Bird's Chili if you do not want it too spicy

  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper

  • Sauce Mixture: 1 tbsp. light Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp. Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce, 1 tbsp. Fish Sauce, 3 tbsp. Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp. Molasses, 1 tsp. Raw Honey

  • Prepare the Rice Noodles: Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions until they are tender but still slightly firm to the bite. Drain and set aside.

  • Prepare the Chicken: Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized pieces

  • Prepare the Vegetables: Slice the Chinese broccoli, red bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Finely chop the Thai bird's eye chilies and crush them together with the garlic. Chop the Lime Leaves and remove the stems from the Thai Sweet Basil

  • Make the Sauce: In a bowl, combine light soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, Thai seasoning sauce, molasses, and raw honey. Mix well to combine

  • Cook the Chicken: Start by cooking the chicken. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add a bit of healthy oil of your choice. Once the wok is hot, add the chicken pieces and cook them until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the wok and set it aside.

  • Cook the Vegetables: In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed and then add the sliced vegetables. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender-crisp and vibrant in color.

  • Combine with Chicken: Once the vegetables are cooked, return the cooked chicken to the wok. Stir everything together to combine, allowing the flavors to meld.

  • Add the chopped Lime Leaves and the Thai Sweet Basil into the wok and mix well with the vegetables and chicken

  • Continue with Sauce and Noodles: Add the cooked rice noodles and sauce to the wok with the chicken and vegetables and stir fry.
