Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Coconut Water

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/2 cup Green Apples (Granny Smith)

  • 1/2 cups Pears

  • 1/2 cups Cucumbers

  • handful Spinach

  • 1 Medjool Date 

  • 1 tsp. Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp. Almond Butter

  • 4-6 Ice Cubes

Directions

  • Gather all the ingredients: spinach, cucumber, green apples, pears, Medjool dates, almond butter, chia seeds, and coconut water.

  • Wash the spinach, cucumber, apples, and pears thoroughly.

  • Core and chop the apples and pears into smaller pieces.

  • Pit the Medjool dates.

  • In a blender, combine the spinach, cucumber, chopped apples, chopped pears, pitted Medjool dates, almond butter, chia seeds, coconut water and ice cubes.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut water if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
