Ingredients
8 ounces of Coconut Water
1 cup of mixed green fruits (pears, apples, grapes)
1/2 cups frozen Pineapples
1/4 cup Broccoli
1/8 cups or a handful SpinachÂ
1 tsp. Chia Seeds
1 tsp. Raw Honey
a pinch of ground Cardamon, add another pinch for more flavor
2 drops Vanilla Extract
a couple splashes of Coconut Milk Beverage
Directions
Gather your ingredients: apples, pears, broccoli, spinach, green grapes, pineapple, honey, chia seeds, vanilla drops, cardamom, coconut water, and coconut milk.
Wash and prepare the fruits and vegetables. Core the apples and pears, chop the broccoli into florets, and remove any tough stems from the spinach.
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Start with the liquids (coconut water and coconut milk), followed by the fruits and vegetables, honey, chia seeds, vanilla drops, and cardamom.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If necessary, add more liquid to reach your desired consistency.
