With wholesome ingredients like broccoli, spinach, and chia seeds, it's the perfect fuel for busy days. Energize your routine with this nutritious blend!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of Coconut Water

  • 1 cup of mixed green fruits (pears, apples, grapes)

  • 1/2 cups frozen Pineapples

  • 1/4 cup Broccoli

  • 1/8 cups or a handful Spinach 

  • 1 tsp. Chia Seeds

  • 1 tsp. Raw Honey

  • a pinch of ground Cardamon, add another pinch for more flavor

  • 2 drops Vanilla Extract

  • a couple splashes of Coconut Milk Beverage

Directions

  • Gather your ingredients: apples, pears, broccoli, spinach, green grapes, pineapple, honey, chia seeds, vanilla drops, cardamom, coconut water, and coconut milk.

  • Wash and prepare the fruits and vegetables. Core the apples and pears, chop the broccoli into florets, and remove any tough stems from the spinach.

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Start with the liquids (coconut water and coconut milk), followed by the fruits and vegetables, honey, chia seeds, vanilla drops, and cardamom.

  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If necessary, add more liquid to reach your desired consistency.

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your nutritious and delicious Superfood smoothie!
