Ingredients
8 ounces Oat Milk
1 Red Apple (leave the skin on for more nutritional value)
2 dried Figs
1 tsp. Hemp Seeds
1/2 -1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tbs. Raw Peanut Butter
2-3 drops of Vanilla Extract (optional)
4-6 Ice Cubes
Directions
Collect a ripe apple, a few sweet figs, a tablespoon of hemp seeds, a pinch of cinnamon, creamy peanut butter, and Oat Milk
Core and chop the apple into chunks. Remove the stems from the figs and quarter them.
In a blender, add the Oat Milk and combine the chopped apple, figs, hemp seeds, cinnamon, a spoonful of peanut butter and some Ice Cubes
Secure the lid on the blender and blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, add more liquid gradually until you reach your desired consistency. At this step, add some drops of the vanilla extract.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
